Ladders is seeking a Sr Manager Operations Construction Project Management to join our team remotely from the US. This role leads complex construction programs from planning through completion, ensuring facilities are delivered on time, on budget, and to required standards.

You will coordinate across internal partners, vendors, and contractors, support site planning, and drive process improvements to scale the company's physical footprint.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–7 years direct construction PM experience.
• Experience with healthcare clinics and optical retail.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence across organizational levels.
• Proficient in MS Office and PM software.
• Strong analytical, multitasking in ambiguity.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager Operations Construction Project Management REMOTE to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will oversee complex construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring facilities are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required operational standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate across internal partners, vendors, and contractors to align scope, schedules, and execution priorities. This position also supports strategic site planning and process improvement efforts that help the organization scale its physical footprint effectively.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects from planning to completion
