Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably healthcare, K-12, or higher education sectors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, schedules, and specifications.

Responsibilities
