Job description

PayPal has been revolutionizing commerce globally for more than 25 years. Creating innovative experiences that make moving money, selling, and shopping simple, personalized, and secure, PayPal empowers consumers and businesses in approximately 200 markets to join and thrive in the global economy. We operate a global, two-sided network at scale that connects hundreds of millions of merchants and consumers. We help merchants and consumers connect, transact, and complete payments, whether they are online or in person. PayPal is more than a connection to third-party payment networks. We provide proprietary payment solutions accepted by merchants that enable the completion of payments on our platform on behalf of our customers. We offer our customers the flexibility to use their accounts to purchase and receive payments for goods and services, as well as the ability to transfer and withdraw funds. We enable consumers to exchange funds more safely with merchants using a variety of funding sources, which may include a bank account, a PayPal or Venmo account balance, PayPal and Venmo branded credit products, a credit card, a debit card, certain cryptocurrencies, or other stored value products such as gift cards, and eligible credit card rewards. Our PayPal, Venmo, and Xoom products also make it safer and simpler for friends and family to transfer funds to each other. We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade. Our beliefs are the foundation for how we conduct business every day. We live each day guided by our core values of Inclusion, Innovation, Collaboration, and Wellness. Together, our values ensure that we work together as one global team with our customers at the center of everything we do – and they push us to ensure we take care of ourselves, each other, and our communities.

What you need to know about the role

This is an ABM Marketing Manager role dedicated to the BXO product line for Large Enterprise merchants at PayPal, sitting within Global LE ABM & Vertical Plays. You will own the always‑on ABM programs, nurture, and account‑level engagement that drive pipeline and merchant demand within the BXO segment, working closely with sales and product marketing to turn strategy into qualified pipeline.

Meet our team

Global LE ABM & Vertical Plays owns account targeting and named‑account execution for PayPal's largest merchants (GSA and NAM), and is organized around three pods reporting to the team's Director. You will own the Checkout pod and partner daily with Sales, Product Marketing & Partner Ecosystem, Solutions PMM, and our BDR team to hit Large Enterprise pipeline and revenue targets.

Your way to impact

In this role, you will design and run the ABM programs and always‑on nurture that keep BXO's Large Enterprise accounts engaged, generating qualified leads and accelerating pipeline. You will lead sales‑facing event execution and partner co‑marketing for the segment, and translate BXO's product story into materials and outreach that sales and account teams can use directly. Your work rolls up to the same revenue line the broader team is measured against, contributing to Global LE ABM's 2026 target.

Your day-to‑day

In your day‑to‑day role, you will…

  • Manage ABM digital campaigns: oversee the execution and optimization of ABM‑focused digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, content syndication, social media advertising, and programmatic initiatives.
  • Run BXO's always‑on ABM and email nurture programs for Large Enterprise: own the campaign brief, execution, and reporting for BXO's nurture and demand programs, partnering with our media and content agencies.
  • Drive lead generation and engagement: collaborate with sales and demand generation teams to identify and engage key stakeholders within targeted enterprise payment accounts, working on ABM programs and account lists.
  • Content development and distribution: work with content and creative teams to develop personalized and relevant content for accounts across multiple channels to enhance account engagement.
  • Own target account list creation and refresh for BXO campaigns: coordinate with Sales, BDR, and analytics to keep account segmentation and targeting current as the book evolves.
  • Coordinate ABM events, webinars, and industry‑specific engagements for BXO: plan and execute account‑centric events and virtual experiences to deepen engagement and support pipeline acceleration within the enterprise payments segment.
  • Measure and analyze ABM performance: track and report on campaign metrics and KPIs, using insights to optimize ABM strategies and tactics.
  • Partner on BXO co‑marketing with platform partners: work with Product Marketing & Partner Ecosystem on BXO placements and campaigns across partners such as Woo, BigCommerce, and PlentyONE.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally within the team: align BXO programs with vertical strategy and ABM ops, and with audience, reporting, and analytics, to keep the pod's plans consistent with the broader Global LE ABM strategy.
