For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager - Financial Reporting (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will lead financial reporting operations with a strong focus on healthcare accounting, GAAP compliance, and accurate revenue reporting. The Sr. Manager will partner closely with FP&A, finance leadership, and operational stakeholders to strengthen close processes, reporting quality, and decision support across the organization. The position also includes building dashboards, advancing analytics capabilities, and helping integrate AI-enabled tools into finance workflows.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $174,000 – $232,000 annually
