Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, International Reporting for a remote US role. You will own international statutory reporting across entities and jurisdictions, ensure accurate, timely financial compliance, and partner with auditors, internal accounting teams, and senior leadership to strengthen processes and controls.

A key sustainability reporting component will require scalable data and process design.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in progressive accounting roles, including multinational exposure.
• CPA required or international equivalents considered.
• Deep US GAAP knowledge with IFRS/local GAAP familiarity.
• Experience with sustainability reporting (CSRD/ESRS, ISSB, or similar) and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication with auditors, leadership, and cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end international statutory reporting for entities and audits.
• Primary contact for statutory auditors and drive timely audits.
• Prepare and review US GAAP to local GAAP/IFRS adjustments and maintain the compliance calendar.
• Lead sustainability reporting and build data/process foundation for ESG reporting.
• Oversee foreign currency remeasurement and translation for international entities.
• Design and maintain internal controls over international reporting and scale the function.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, International Reporting to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

In this remote role, you will own the company’s international statutory reporting and support accurate, timely financial compliance across multiple entities and jurisdictions. You will partner closely with auditors, internal accounting teams, and senior leadership to strengthen reporting processes, maintain controls, and support the organization’s global growth. This role also has an important sustainability reporting component, requiring both technical accounting expertise and the ability to build scalable processes across the international reporting function.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end statutory reporting for international entities, including preparation and review of local financial statements and audits
• Serve as the primary point of contact for statutory auditors and drive timely audit completion
• Prepare and review US GAAP to local GAAP/IFRS adjustments and maintain the compliance calendar
• Lead sustainability reporting obligations and build the data and process foundation for ESG reporting
• Oversee technical accounting for the international entity structure, including foreign currency remeasurement and translation
• Advise on accounting impacts of new entities and drive standardization across international reportingDesign and maintain internal controls over international reporting and develop the team as the function scales

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Big 4 or national firm experience and multinational industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and an active CPA (international equivalents such as CA or ACCA considered)
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and working knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP frameworks
• Strong technical expertise in foreign currency, intercompany, consolidations, and transfer pricing coordination
• Experience with sustainability reporting (CSRD/ESRS, ISSB, or similar) and ERP/consolidation systems (e.g., NetSuite, OneStream, Workiva)
• Clear communication skills with non-accounting partners and senior leadership
