The Ladders is seeking a Vice President, Reporting and Data Analytics to join a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This remote role will shape the enterprise approach to reporting, analytics, and data governance to support operational and financial decision‑making.

You will modernize data integrations, standardize KPIs and reporting methodologies, and improve the accuracy and usability of enterprise reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 12+ years in data, analytics, reporting, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams or BI functions.
• Experience in multi-system organizations focused on data-driven performance.
• Knowledge of Medicaid reimbursement and state reporting requirements preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Reporting and Data Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This leader will shape the enterprise approach to reporting, analytics, and data governance in support of operational and financial decision-making. The role will focus on modernizing data integrations, standardizing performance measures, and improving the accuracy and usability of reporting across the organization. It will also require close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen business intelligence capabilities and support a data-driven operating model.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $202,300 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data, reporting, and analytics strategy

• Experience in complex, multi-system organizations focused on data-driven operational performance initiatives
• Knowledge of Medicaid reimbursement, caregiver workforce dynamics, and state-specific reporting requirements preferred
