Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, Cloud and AI QA to lead quality assurance for cloud‑based applications and AI solutions.

This remote, US‑based role partners with technology, product and business stakeholders to shape testing readiness and automation, driving delivery confidence across complex healthcare tech environments. You will oversee UAT, alpha/beta testing, and metrics reporting, while advancing modern QA practices and risk-based decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, software engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in software quality assurance, testing, or quality engineering.
• 5+ years in leadership or people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA and testing strategies to meet business and user expectations.
• Develop quality strategies and risk-based testing aligned with objectives.
• Oversee UAT, alpha, and beta testing with thorough documentation and readiness.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Cloud and AI QA to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will oversee quality assurance strategy for cloud-based applications and AI solutions, ensuring testing practices support reliable releases and strong user experiences. The role will partner closely with technology, product, and business stakeholders to shape risk-based testing, automation, and readiness decisions. This is a highly visible leadership position focused on strengthening quality standards, improving delivery confidence, and advancing modern quality engineering practices.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $123,200 – $164,333 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead software quality assurance and testing strategies to meet business and user expectations
• Develop quality strategies and risk-based testing aligned with business objectives
• Oversee user acceptance, alpha, and beta testing, ensuring thorough documentation and readiness
• Provide visibility into testing progress, quality metrics, and risks for informed release decisions
• Drive adoption of test automation and modern quality engineering practices
• Define quality assurance approaches for new technologies and AI capabilities
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or quality engineering
• 5 years of leadership or people management experience
• Experience with quality assurance for cloud-based applications and AI solutions
• Preferred: Experience with enterprise quality assurance in complex tech environments
