Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Manager, Cloud and AI QA to lead quality assurance for cloud‑based applications and AI solutions.

This remote, US‑based role partners with technology, product and business stakeholders to shape testing readiness and automation, driving delivery confidence across complex healthcare tech environments. You will oversee UAT, alpha/beta testing, and metrics reporting, while advancing modern QA practices and risk-based decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, software engineering or equivalent experience.
10+ years in software quality assurance, testing, or quality engineering.
5+ years in leadership or people management.

Responsibilities

Lead QA and testing strategies to meet business and user expectations.
Develop quality strategies and risk-based testing aligned with objectives.
Oversee UAT, alpha, and beta testing with thorough documentation and readiness.
Provide visibility into testing progress, quality metrics, and risks for releases.
Drive adoption of test automation and modern quality practices.
Define QA approaches for new technologies and AI capabilities.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement.
