- Improve data quality assurance, providing visibility into data pipelines, addressing discrepancies, and preparing high-quality inputs for AI and LLM initiatives.
- Implement quality stage gates within the development lifecycle, collaborating with solution delivery and production support teams to ensure code and data integrity.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in QA, with a strong understanding of software and data lifecycle processes.
- 3+ years of management experience, ideally empowering teams to solve problems independently while providing guidance and technical oversight.
- Hands-on experience with automated regression testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) and DevOps processes; familiarity with Azure DevOps and SAP a plus.
- Passion for quality, testing, and data integrity, with the ability to bring rigor and maturity to relatively underdeveloped DevOps and DataOps functions.
- Experience in AI/ML or data-driven environments is preferred, including integrating automated testing with AI pipelines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of conducting assessments, establishing best practices, and scaling team capabilities.
