Ladders is seeking a Governance, Risk, and Compliance Certifications Engineer to join a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

You will own the lifecycle of security certifications—from planning and audit readiness to execution and external assessments—collaborating with internal teams to strengthen compliance, improve efficiency, and support global certification outcomes, with ongoing reporting and export-control activities.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in security certification onboarding programs.
• Strong knowledge of global regulations across EMEA, JAPAC, LATAM, and NAM.
• Proven track record leading compliance audits and working with certification bodies.
• Working knowledge of GRC principles and automation implementation.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, or equivalent.

For our client, we are seeking a Governance, Risk, and Compliance Certifications Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will lead the lifecycle of security certification efforts, from planning and audit readiness through execution and external assessments. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen compliance processes, improve operational efficiency, and support certification outcomes across global regions. The position also carries responsibility for ongoing reporting, escalation management, and continuous compliance activities tied to export control requirements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $168,000 – $270,250 annually
