The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. seeks a Sr Maintenance/Repair Tech for general maintenance of university buildings primarily on the first shift. Responsibilities include performing various repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Candidates should have a combination of mechanical training and relevant experience.
The ideal applicant will possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to read schematics. This position also involves planning preventive maintenance and maintaining tools and equipment.

Performs a variety of mechanical tasks related to performing general maintenance on university buildings during the first shift (Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 am–3:30 pm).
