Along with our affiliated companies, we provide equipment financing solutions to small businesses, middle-market, and large corporations, with expertise in government financing, wholesale vendor financing, and industry-specific programs including aviation, healthcare, energy services, and renewable energy.
We are seeking a highly qualified, seasoned sales professional responsible for originating equipment financing transactions (lease and debt structures) with Bank of America clients and prospects. The Associate will develop internal relationships with Relationship Managers and their teams to sell small to midsize straightforward lease and loan structures. The ideal candidate will have proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, a strong work and travel ethic, and excellent execution and multi-tasking abilities.
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)
Hours Per Week: 40
Pay Range: $125,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience, education, and skills.
This role is eligible for discretionary incentives and benefits, including paid time off, resources, and community impact initiatives.
