Job Description

You will be working at a Fortune 500 company as a Senior Lease Analyst. Responsibilities include coordinating lease administration functions such as new lease and amendment abstraction, quality review, critical date management (rent commencement, renewals, extensions, possessions), lease database management, company reporting, lease review scheduling, drafting and executing lease documents, implementing lease requirements, managing issues, and dispute resolution. Additionally, conducting financial reviews of lease requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in legal research and writing
• Lease interpretation skills
• Contract negotiation experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, or similar software

Pay range: $28-34/hr, depending on experience

This is a contract-to-permanent role.
