Lease Accounting Analyst

Base pay range

$36.00/yr - $40.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Perform lease accounting functions, including managing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Utilize large ERP systems (such as Oracle) for processing and reporting lease-related accounting data.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in lease accounting records and documentation.
• Analyze lease agreements and account for them in accordance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
• Collaborate with other team members in a hybrid work environment (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
• Support month-end and year-end close processes related to lease accounting activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed and organized records for audits and internal controls.
• Work independently to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
