Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Learning Manager to onboard new commercial and medical teams across US business units, elevating clinical knowledge and selling skills. The role is field-based with monthly travel to Princeton Pike, Lawrenceville, NJ; company car not required.

You will drive standardized training, develop workshops, assess curricula, and lead Train-the-Trainer programs while measuring impact and effectiveness across projects and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7+ years Pharmaceutical Sales Representative experience required.
• Therapeutic area or training experience highly preferred.
• Matrix team experience; track record developing self/others.
• Presentation/facilitation experience; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Travel for meetings/training initiatives.
• Proficient Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); AI applications (ChatGPT, MS Co-Pilot, Claude).

What We Are Looking For

Senior Learning Manager is a field-based role onboarding new commercial and medical customer-facing teams and elevating clinical knowledge, selling skills, and functional capabilities across US business units/assigned brands. May lead key home office projects; travel to Princeton Pike (Lawrenceville, NJ) 2–3 days/month. Company car not required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate on performance-based standardized training and development processes.
• Co-develop/facilitate POA meetings, new hire classroom workshops, and training activities (Scientific Agility, Selling Skills/Customer engagement, Product & Disease State Knowledge, Insights Gathering, Business Analytics, some Above Brand).
• Assess/update/maintain onboarding curriculum pathways.
• Streamline and align training delivery across therapeutic areas/indications.
• Assign curricula via Learning Experience Platform (MyLearning) with Project Managers/Enterprise Learning.
• Lead verbal validations/certifications and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Manage preceptors (NSTs/DSTs) to deliver key projects and equip them to deliver curricula.
• Assess/analyze training effectiveness using the Kirkpatrick Model.
• Apply adult learning principles and learning measurement methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits

• US Field: $148,750–$180,250.
