Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Representative experience.
• Experience in training or therapeutic area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with training colleagues and leadership to implement standardized training.
• Co-develop and facilitate POA meetings and new hire workshops.
• Update onboarding curricula to align with priorities.
• Streamline training delivery across areas for consistency.
• Coordinate curricula through Learning Experience Platform (MyLearning).
• Lead verbal validations, certifications, and Train the Trainer sessions.
• Manage preceptors and develop strategic learning plans.
• Assess program effectiveness using Kirkpatrick Model.
• Adhere to Adult Learning Principles and measurement methodologies.
