About the role

Are you an aspiring knowledge manager or technical writer with a passion for managing multiple projects and collaborating with SMEs to develop best‑in‑class content, using cutting‑edge knowledge management technologies, including AI? Join a forward‑thinking team, where you'll help drive our technology‑centric knowledge framework within the Global Support organization, working with peers and subject matter experts to enhance our knowledge assets using the latest in AI and other innovative tech.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the content operations roadmap and contribute to the completion of projects within the roadmap
• Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain knowledge development processes and standards
• Support various knowledge development projects and initiatives, ensuring their successful execution
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on KPIs to evaluate knowledge effectiveness and sharing insights with the organization
• Participate in identifying and implementing improvements in knowledge processes and technology

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience demonstrating expertise in knowledge management, or technical documentation.
• 6+ years of knowledge management/technical writing/technical content development experience, including creating, capturing, structuring, and maintaining knowledge
• Experienced in working with knowledge management and ticketing systems
• Experienced in preparing AI‑optimized content and building AI models for generating content
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Adept at managing multiple priorities and embracing change with ease

Ideal candidate

• Experienced in working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experienced in using Confluence, Tableau, and Zendesk or similar CRM tools
