Position Overview
We are seeking a Sr. IT Staffing Business Development Manager for a full-time, remote role based in Dallas, TX. The primary responsibility is to develop new business and acquire new accounts through prospect research and relationship building with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

1. Sell, research, and develop new account opportunities by understanding local market needs, future projects, and growth projections using tactical selling techniques. Establish relationships with new prospects to successfully acquire their business. Achieve and exceed all key performance metrics.
2. Maintain client relationships and identify growth opportunities within current clients by understanding their needs through active communication.
3. Lead and collaborate with recruiters on recruiting techniques, performance metrics, and tactics to fulfill client requisitions.
4. Serve as the main point of contact for recruiters regarding client requisitions and communicate client needs.
5. Document all sales activities in CRM.

Top Skills Needed

• Strong understanding of the local/regional business environment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral and written)
• Proven tactical sales skills, including cold-calling and relationship building
• Experience engaging with key decision-makers and C-level executives

Benefits and Compensation

The pay range for this role is $70,880 - $106,320, based on experience and location.
