Position: Sr. IT Staffing Business Development Manager

Location: San Diego, CA (Remote)

We are seeking a Sr. IT Staffing Business Development Manager responsible for developing new business and acquiring new accounts by researching prospects and building relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sell, research, and develop new account opportunities by understanding local market needs and utilizing tactical selling techniques. Establish relationships with prospects to secure new business and achieve performance metrics.
  2. Maintain relationships with current clients and identify growth opportunities through active communication and understanding of their needs.
  3. Lead and collaborate with recruiters on recruiting techniques, performance metrics, and fulfilling client requisitions.
  4. Serve as the main contact for recruiters regarding client requisitions and communicate client needs effectively.
  5. Document all sales activities in CRM.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of the local/regional business environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven sales acumen with tactical skills and cold-calling capabilities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers and C-level executives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of proven experience in IT staffing sales.
