Life Sciences Sr Staffing Business Development Manager

We are seeking a full-time, remote Senior Life Sciences Staffing Business Development Manager to support the Northwest Coast. This role focuses on developing new business and acquiring accounts by researching prospects and building relationships with key decision-makers.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Selling, researching, and developing new account opportunities using tactical selling techniques based on local market needs and growth projections.
  • Establishing and maintaining client relationships to identify growth opportunities within current accounts.
  • Leading and collaborating with recruiters on techniques, performance metrics, and fulfilling client requisitions.
  • Documenting all sales activities in CRM systems.
Top Skills You Should Possess:
  • Understanding of the local/regional business environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong sales acumen and tactical skills, including cold-calling
  • Relationship-building skills with decision-makers and C-level executives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales or full-desk experience
  • Five to eight years in business development within life sciences, lab support, R&D, diagnostics, genetics, or bio-manufacturing workforce solutions
  • Located in northern California, Oregon, or Washington
Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $76,640 - $114,960, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, flexible spending accounts, paid maternity and parental leave, and voluntary benefits such as pet insurance.
