Position Details

Title: Director of Recruiting

Location: South Carolina

Duration: 6+ months

Start: ASAP

Remote: Yes (occasional onsite). Candidates must reside in EST.

Note: Consumer Products industry experience is a PLUS!

Project Manager (Microsoft Dynamics) - Required Skills - MUST HAVES:

• 8+ years of Microsoft Business Central/Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience
• Experience implementing MBC across financial and integrated with R&D, etc.
• Understanding of setting up Master Data, Customer/Vendors, etc.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• PMP Certification is a PLUS!
• Strong experience with advising and deliverables
• Experience managing up and down
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables supporting business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Communicate project expectations clearly and timely
• Liaise with project stakeholders regularly
• Manage project expectations and timelines
• Track milestones and deliverables
• Analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and report status
• Define and disseminate project success criteria
• Maintain relationships with third parties/vendors as needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Promote the company’s mission and values, fostering an accountable, innovative, results-oriented culture
• Participate in performance assessments and training programs
