Machine Learning Technologies, LLC in Newark, NJ seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects from initiation to implementation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, review plans and schedules, and ensure delivery aligns with technical and business requirements.

Candidates should have ten years of experience, strong communication with SMEs and executives, and familiarity with CSI-style documentation, AutoCAD, and PPM tools.

Job Description :

• Minimum of ten (10) years managing large, complex infrastructure or technology projects.
• Experience with plan review processes and construction documentation workflows; familiarity with NJDCA permitting processes required.
• Strong experience coordinating technical review cycles and working with SMEs across engineering and IT disciplines.
• Experience reviewing network diagrams, schedules, shop drawings, RFIs, and specifications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Visio.
• Experience with AutoCAD and CSI-format documents (review-level experience acceptable).
• Proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading project teams from initiation through implementation.
• Experience with Planview or other PPM tools (Clarity, HP PPM, etc.).
• Strong communication skills with business leaders, technical SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Proven capability in risk management and issue resolution.
