Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC in Newark, NJ seeks an experienced project leader to manage large, complex infrastructure programs from initiation through implementation.

The role requires coordinating cross‑functional teams, vendors, and regulators, with a strong emphasis on risk management and timely delivery. You will review plans, diagrams, RFIs, and schedules, ensure quality documentation, and steer multiple projects using Planview or similar PPM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years managing large, complex infrastructure or technology projects.
• Experience with plan review processes and construction documentation workflows; familiarity with NJDCA permitting processes.
• Strong experience coordinating technical review cycles with SMEs across engineering and IT.
• Experience reviewing network diagrams, schedules, RFIs, and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Visio.
• Experience with AutoCAD and CSI-format documents.
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple projects.
• Experience leading project teams from initiation through implementation.
• Experience with Planview or other PPM tools (Clarity, HP PPM, etc.).
• Strong communication with business leaders, SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Risk management and issue resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Experience reviewing network diagrams, schedules, shop drawings, RFIs, and specifications.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Visio.
• Experience with AutoCAD and CSI-format documents (review-level experience acceptable).
• Proven ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading project teams from initiation through implementation.
• Experience with Planview or other PPM tools (Clarity, HP PPM, etc.).
• Strong communication skills with business leaders, technical SMEs, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Proven capability in risk management and issue resolution.
