Job summary

LHH is partnering with a growing, global fintech company to hire a Sr. IT Engineer. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll own day‑to‑day IT support while building and scaling internal systems, processes, and infrastructure.

Based in Portland, OR, this full‑time onsite role requires 8+ years of IT infrastructure experience and strong Microsoft 365/AD/Entra ID skills, with the ability to work with leadership stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience with networking (Switches, servers, VPN, DNS, firewalls, wireless).
• Experience supporting distributed or global teams.
• Assisted with PCI security audits or other compliance initiatives.
• Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of IT operations.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with leadership stakeholders.
• Location: Fully Onsite (5 days a week) in Portland, OR.
• Full-time, direct hire.
• 3 weeks of PTO to start.

Responsibilities
