LHH is seeking a Senior Software Integration Engineer in the Dallas area for a hybrid role. You will support deployment, configuration, and integration of complex software solutions across engineering teams, handling design through implementation.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, strong SDLC knowledge, and solid problem-solving skills to deliver reliable, scalable software systems with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience, or 7+ years in field.
  • Experience with systems integration and SDLC processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS operating systems and MS 365.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and relational databases.

Responsibilities

  • Support full project lifecycle from requirements through deployment and support.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Configure, deploy, and support software apps, databases, and networking infra.
  • Lead design reviews and contribute to documentation and deliverables.
  • Perform integration, troubleshooting, testing, and release activities.
  • Participate in onsite installations and commissioning; travel up to 25%.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Software Integration Engineer to support the deployment, configuration, and integration of complex technology solutions used in mission-critical environments. This role is ideal for a highly technical professional who enjoys solving challenging systems integration problems, collaborating across engineering teams, and driving projects from design through implementation.

The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the entire project lifecycle, helping deliver reliable, scalable, and innovative software-based solutions while working closely with engineering teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with project engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver integrated technology solutions
  • Configure, deploy, and support software applications, databases, networking infrastructure, and related system components
  • Lead software-focused design reviews and contribute to technical documentation and engineering deliverables
  • Perform system integration, troubleshooting, validation testing, and release activities
  • Participate in customer-facing discussions, onsite installations, and commissioning efforts
  • Support configuration management, change management, and technical review processes
  • Travel up to 25% as required for project activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with systems integration and software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working within structured engineering environments utilizing requirements management and configuration control practices
  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
  • Experience working with relational database technologies such as SQL Server and Oracle
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with real-time or industrial process control systems
  • Familiarity with C, C++, C#, Visual Studio, Git, and Crystal Reports
  • Experience with Active Directory and network infrastructure technologies
  • Exposure to video surveillance or physical security technology environments
  • Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and software configuration management methodologies
