We’re looking for a skilled professional to provide comprehensive support for our client’s technology systems and business applications. This role focuses on maintaining, deploying, and troubleshooting IT services across the organization. This is a fully onsite role in downtown Portland, OR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance for enterprise systems and applications, ensuring smooth operations across the company.
• Apply established and adaptive troubleshooting methods for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Follow internal IT policies and procedures to maintain compliance and security standards.
• Manage service requests and incidents through an ITSM platform while contributing to team projects.
• Configure user access and security permissions.
• Perform hardware/software installations, updates, and issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation for support processes and operational workflows.
• Handle computer imaging and software deployment tasks.
• Execute project‑based initiatives to enhance systems and processes.
• Provide in‑person support during scheduled shifts; flexibility for occasional overtime may be required.
• Complete additional IT‑related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT support or related technical roles, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 3 years troubleshooting enterprise‑level hardware and software environments.
