Job Description

We are looking for individuals to join our inbound call center team as a Senior Insurance Sales Producer/Advisor. You will report to a Sales Team Lead. This role is crucial for customers shopping for insurance. To be successful, you will build instant relationships and close sales to exceed targets. This is a remote position, so reliable internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace are necessary.

Responsibilities

1. Engage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process.
2. Analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approach.
3. Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through identification of gaps in coverage.
4. Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of the products sold.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products. Broker or call center experience is a plus.
• Active P&C or Personal Lines license and comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products.
• Experience talking with customers over the phone.
• Experience working in a call center environment.
• Technologically competent with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools.
• You will work at least one weekend day.
