Job Description

We are hiring for our inbound call center team as a Senior Insurance Sales Producer/Advisor. Reporting to a Sales Team Lead, this role is vital for customers shopping for insurance. Success involves building instant relationships and closing sales to surpass targets. This is a remote position requiring reliable internet and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, guiding them through insurance comparison and switching processes
• Assess customer insurance needs with a consultative, empathetic sales approach
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by recognizing coverage gaps
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring product accuracy and integrity

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience selling multiple insurance products. Broker or call center experience is advantageous.

• Deep understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products. Active P&C or Personal Lines license required.
• Experience communicating with customers over the phone
• Experience in a similar call center environment
• Technologically proficient with systems, tools, and equipment
• Availability to work at least one weekend day
• Reside in the United States (remote work)
