What You'll Do
  • Support Yelp’s revenue retention through exceptional customer service.
  • Handle inbound calls, consulting and educating advertisers.
  • Highlight the value of Yelp by demonstrating ad performance metrics.
  • Use listening and conflict resolution skills to manage escalated clients.
  • Become an expert in Yelp’s advertising solutions and adapt recommendations to client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly goals.
What It Takes To Succeed
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years relevant client-facing experience.
  • Proficient with computers and information systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred).
  • Passion for local businesses and understanding of their role in local economies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
