Primary FunctionDesigns, implements, and monitors a variety of human resource programs. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.This position will be working across a broad scope of client groups including two remote distribution centers and our non-manufacturing side of the business providing support to salaried exempt, salaried non-exempt, and hourly workforce.
