SummaryThe primary focus of this position is to provide operations and administrative support to the 3 HRBP leaders and their teams. Reporting directly to the Enabling Functions HR Senior Director, the selected candidate will manage, prioritize and complete tasks and requests across all of these teams. The position requires a self-driven, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and enjoys supporting a variety of diverse work assignments. Enterprise collaboration, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and stakeholder management are core to the position.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative, daily operations and project support for the HRBP teams. This work requires proficiency with the full MS Office software suite and MyHR Connection.
- Support the HRBP teams during the annual HR processes such as performance management and calibration, compensation planning, and talent reviews. This work will generally include running reports, providing light data analytics, creating/consolidating Powerpoint materials, and coordinating meetings as needed.
- Partner with the Workforce Analytics team to understand and optimize reporting capabilities in support of the HRBPS. Assist with reporting needs across the HRBP teams on key HR metrics. Gain proficiency with the reporting capabilities in MyHR Connection.
- Coordinate and schedule various meetings, including the bi-weekly HRBP call; coordinate and prepare meeting agendas as requested.
- Provide support to HRBPs and business leaders with processing various transactions in MyHR Connection.
- Create Powerpoint decks and other materials as needed.
- Support enterprise transformation work as needed by providing administrative and light data analytics support.
- Partner with the HR Flex team and human resources COEs on various projects as needed.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement efforts with HR processes.
Minimum Qualifications (required)- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years prior experience in an administrative or coordinator role (preferably HR)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of software including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong demonstrated detail orientation and ability to multi-task
Additional Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources or business administration
- Experience supporting and taking direction from multiple stakeholders, with demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize the work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of HRIS tools, such as SAP Success Factors, and reporting
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with process improvement/enhancement efforts to streamline and standardize processes
- Experience working with confidential data

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
