This role involves leading HRIS projects, ensuring data governance, and supporting HR decision-making through advanced analytics. Ideal candidates will have a background in Computer Science or Human Resources, strong HRIS experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Five to seven years of progressive HRIS experience including system implementation.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management best practices.
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Sr. HRIS Analyst (Onsite 5 days a week)

This Is What You’ll Do

Lead the planning, testing, and implementation of HRIS upgrades, patches, and new modules.
Ensure data governance and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Design and deliver advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities across HR functions.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to HRIS team members and HR staff.
Manage and coordinate small to mid-scale HRIS projects, including system enhancements and integrations.
Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Stay current with HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
Represent the HRIS function in cross-departmental initiatives and strategic discussions.
Collaborate with HR leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making.

This Is What It Takes

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Five to seven years of progressive HRIS experience, including system implementation and project coordination.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and data management best practices.
Expertise in HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday, Oracle, or UKG (Ultimate Software).
Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
Demonstrated experience managing small to mid-scale cross-functional projects.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.
