Job summary

Saviynt is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner Manager to support AMS Sales, Marketing, Hyperscaler/Alliance, and Finance. You will align talent strategy with aggressive SaaS objectives, ensuring GTM is scalable and high-performing within enterprise cloud environments.

In this hybrid role, you will design org structures, lead OD and leadership development, coach executives, and partner with Finance to optimize compensation and incentives. El Segundo, CA or Milpitas, CA with 3+ in-office days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience in Enterprise SaaS GTM.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead HR consultant for Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Alliances.
• Translate aggressive SaaS revenue targets into actionable workforce models.
• Lead complex organizational design initiatives and spans/layers analysis.
• Design and execute ODev interventions, leadership development, and capability building.
• Partner with Finance to evaluate headcount, incentives, and compensation impact.
• Drive end-to-end pay, quota, and performance programs.
• Build succession pipelines and execute workforce planning.
• Utilize HR analytics to identify talent trends and mitigate attrition.
• Provide executive coaching and address organizational change.
