Job summary
Saviynt is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner Manager to support the Americas Sales, Marketing, Hyperscaler/Alliance, and Finance groups.
You will align talent strategy with aggressive SaaS revenue targets, lead complex organizational design, and partner with Finance to optimize headcount, compensation, and incentives. This role offers remote or hybrid work options and periodic travel for leadership meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development; professional certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead HR consultant for Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Alliances within AMS.
- Translate aggressive SaaS revenue targets into workforce models for GTM and Hyperscaler programs.
- Lead organization design initiatives including spans/layers, territory realignments, and scaling.
- Partner with Finance to align headcount, compensation, and incentives with revenue goals.
- Drive pay, quota, and performance programs to support GTM objectives.
- Develop leadership and succession planning to scale SaaS sales leadership.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and mitigate attrition risks.
- Provide executive coaching and change management guidance to senior leaders.
