Job summary

Saviynt is seeking a high-impact Senior HR Business Partner Manager to support AMS Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You will align talent strategy with aggressive SaaS goals and lead organizational design for scalable GTM structures.

In this role, you will drive leadership development, workforce planning, and compensation alignment with revenue targets, while partnering with Finance and Revenue Operations to optimize headcount and incentives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development.
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or formal Org Design/Dev certification preferred.
8+ years of progressive HRBP experience supporting high-growth B2B Enterprise SaaS GTM teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR strategist for AMS Sales, Marketing, Hyperscaler/Alliance, and Finance.
Align talent strategy with aggressive SaaS commercial objectives and GTM growth.
Lead organizational design, spans and layers analysis, and territory realignments.
Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations on headcount, compensation, and incentives.
Drive pay and quota strategy, leadership development, and workforce planning.
Provide executive coaching and data-driven HR insights.
