Job Description

We’re looking for top notch Sr. HR Representatives to provide outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices across the country. In this Sr. HR Representative role:

1. Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on matters that may impact people within the organization.
2. Serve as an advocate and counsel to hourly and exempt associates.
3. Drive initiatives/activities in support of site climate and culture.
4. Manage and conduct internal investigations as needed.
5. Ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and laws related to Human Resources activities.
6. Ensure the administration of audit activities for compliance within HR policies and procedures.
7. Ensure management is trained in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
8. Provide feedback and coaching to managers, actively listen and ask searching clarifying questions in regards to associates.
9. Manage staffing, succession planning and associate programs and processes.
10. Implement/manage training and development activities and monitor effectiveness.
11. Administer compensation and benefits systems, processes, and employee communications.
12. Administer action planning activities related to the annual EOS process.
13. Administer compliance with our performance management systems.
14. Enter and maintain data in HRMS system.

Required Education and Experience

1. BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field or minimum of five years HR experience, required.
2. Master’s degree in Human resources or other related field, preferred.
3. PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification, preferred.
4. Previous experience partnering with senior management, required.
5. Proven experience of leading deployment of organizational change.
6. Demonstrable experience with HR Metrics.
7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
8. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, required.
