We are looking for a Senior Talent Analyst (Technical) to manage end-to-end technical recruitment processes, lead client interactions, and contribute to business development initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in technical hiring, client management, and team leadership, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and driving organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Create and understand job descriptions for various technical positions and align hiring strategies accordingly.
- Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and communities.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews seamlessly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct pre- and post-selection follow-ups to ensure candidate engagement throughout the process.
- Handle offer negotiations, rollouts, and ensure timely collection of required documentation.
- Lead client meetings to understand recruitment requirements, provide updates, and deliver strategic hiring solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Leverage experience in the consulting sector to address client-specific recruitment challenges effectively.
- Set and achieve revenue targets for individual accounts and self-performance.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities by expanding relationships with existing clients and identifying new leads.
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on sourcing strategies, client management, and achieving recruitment targets.
- Prepare and present daily recruitment reports, including metrics such as sourcing efficiency, candidate conversion rates, and revenue contributions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA would be a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 3-4 years of technical recruitment experience with at least 2 years in client management.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the consulting sector as a recruiter or client manager.
- Proven experience in business development and achieving revenue targets.
- Proficiency in using multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
- Team management and mentoring capabilities.
