Job Description

We’re seeking top-tier Sr. HR Representatives to deliver outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices nationwide. We want individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings, seek challenges, and are committed to developing excellent customer relationships. You must be sharp and consistent in your performance, as this role is integral to daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to managers on organizational matters affecting personnel.
  • Act as an advocate and counselor for hourly and exempt associates.
  • Support initiatives to improve site climate and culture.
  • Manage and conduct internal investigations as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and laws.
  • Oversee audit activities for HR policy compliance.
  • Train management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and harassment policies.
  • Offer feedback and coaching to managers, actively listening and asking clarifying questions.
  • Manage staffing, succession planning, and related programs.
  • Implement and monitor training and development activities.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and employee communication systems.
  • Coordinate activities related to the annual EOS process.
  • Ensure compliance with performance management systems.
  • Maintain HR data in the HRMS system.
Required Education and Experience
  • BS/BA in Human Resources or related field, or at least five years of HR experience.
  • Master’s degree and HR certifications (PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) are preferred.
  • Experience partnering with senior management and leading organizational change.
  • Proficiency with HR metrics and labor law knowledge.
  • Strong interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
