Job Description

We’re seeking top-notch Sr. HR Representatives to provide outstanding customer service to our business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices nationwide. We need individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, seek challenges, and are dedicated to building strong customer relationships. You must be sharp and consistent in performance, as this role is integral to daily operations.

In this Sr. HR Representative role, you will:

• Provide guidance and recommendations to managers on personnel matters
• Serve as an advocate and counselor to hourly and exempt associates
• Drive initiatives supporting site climate and culture
• Manage internal investigations as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and laws related to HR activities
• Oversee HR audit activities for policy compliance
• Train management in interviewing, hiring, termination, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and harassment prevention
• Provide feedback and coaching to managers, actively listening and asking clarifying questions
• Manage staffing, succession planning, and associate programs
• Implement and monitor training and development activities
• Administer compensation, benefits, and employee communication systems
• Lead action planning activities for the annual EOS process
• Ensure compliance with performance management systems
• Maintain data in HRMS systems

Required Education and Experience

• BS/BA in Human Resources or related field, or at least five years HR experience
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred
• Experience partnering with senior management
• Proven leadership in organizational change deployment
• Experience with HR metrics
• Strong interpersonal skills at all organizational levels
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
