Sr Recruiter - II

Job Description

Role: The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and attracting the right talent to match the organization’s vision.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for leadership, development, implementation, and administration of recruitment programs and drive execution of an effective short-term recruiting strategy.
  2. Lead a team responsible for executing hiring and sourcing talent. Develop innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies. Coach team members to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality candidates and meet business needs.
  3. Analyze external labor market conditions, hiring trends, turnover rates, and candidate feedback to recommend improvements and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
  4. Utilize data to identify gaps and trends. Contribute to developing recruiting metrics and analytics to guide decisions, measure productivity, and assess ROI.
  5. Leverage resources such as internet, community organizations, print media, networks, colleges, and trade associations to attract qualified candidates. Support diversity recruitment strategies through relationship building.
  6. Partner with HR and Compensation teams to share market insights and develop strategies for competitive offers and retention.
  7. Maintain accurate records and reports of the recruitment process using ATS and HRIS tools.
  8. Ensure compliance with all local hiring regulations and maintain high standards for applicant quality and fairness.
  9. Develop a thorough understanding of job specifications, including skills, experience, and behavioral competencies.
  10. Promote the company's image to candidates and external providers, ensuring accurate representation and ethical standards.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lead and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interpret recruiting metrics and trends.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching teams.
  • Proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
  • Understanding of business operations and industry.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
