Jobot seeks a bold, strategic Head of Human Resources to align talent, culture, and strategy with business growth. This role reports to the President and serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving organizational change and workforce planning in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, construction, or similar operational environments.
  • Experience leading HR teams and developing HR professionals.
  • Experience supporting organizations with 150-200+ employees.
  • Demonstrated success partnering directly with executive leadership and influencing business strategy.
  • Proven track record leading organizational change, restructuring, culture transformation, or high-growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to the President and executive leadership.
  • Lead and develop the HR function, including a team of HR professionals and safety personnel.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Lead change management efforts, organizational restructures, and business transformation projects.

We are seeking a bold, strategic, and highly influential Head of Human Resources to serve as a key member of the leadership team and trusted advisor to the President and executive leadership. This is not a traditional HR leadership role. We are looking for a transformational HR executive who can drive organizational change, challenge conventional thinking, influence business strategy, and help position the company for continued growth.
