Job description

Human Resources Manager

$125000 - $150000 per year | Lathrop, CA | On-site | Permanent

HR Manager | High-Impact Plant Leadership Role | $125K-$150K + Bonus
A bit about us:

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR for our high-volume, 24/7 food and beverage manufacturing operation in Lathrop, California.

This isn't an HR role where you'll be sitting on the sidelines. You'll be the primary HR leader for the facility, partnering directly with plant leadership and the corporate HR team to shape the employee experience, strengthen the organization, develop leaders, and help the operation perform at its best.

Why join us?
  • This is an opportunity to take real ownership of HR at a major manufacturing operation while still having the partnership and resources of a broader corporate HR organization.
  • You'll have direct exposure to plant and executive leadership, the ability to influence how the facility operates, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on culture, leadership, compliance, talent, and employee experience.
  • Not local to the area? This is why you should consider Lathrop:
  • Located at the crossroads of I-5, I-205 and Highway 120, Lathrop is one of Northern California's fastest-growing communities, offering convenient access to Tracy, Manteca, Stockton and the greater East Bay. The area combines rapidly expanding residential communities, new schools, parks and waterfront recreation with a more attainable cost of living than much of the Bay Area.
