Masimo, a Danaher company, seeks a Senior Human Generalist in Irvine, CA, on-site, to support HR Business Partners across the employee lifecycle. You will handle employee relations, organizational changes, performance management, engagement, training and compliance with employment laws.
Reporting to the VP Talent Leadership & Engagement, you will coach managers, conduct investigations, ensure CA employment law compliance, and drive data-driven HR actions using HRIS. Bonus eligible; on-site role.

The Senior Human Generalist is responsible for supporting HR Business Partners in delivering a full range of HR services across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, organizational changes, performance management, engagement, training and compliance with employee laws. This position reports to VP Talent Leadership & Engagement and is part of the Human Resources team located in Irvine, CA and will be an on-site role.
