Job summary

Danaher Life Sciences is seeking a skilled HR professional to resolve complex employee lifecycle cases, provide policy interpretations, and support HR operations across multiple sites. You will collaborate with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence to ensure efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in HR operations, with experience in HRIS and data-driven process enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, employee relations support, or a HR generalist/specialist role.
• Experience independently managing complex HR cases within established policies and procedures.
• Experience utilizing HRIS, case management systems, and related business applications.
• Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex HR cases and provide subject matter expertise on employee lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, time and attendance, benefits, and other HR inquiries.
• Partner with People Partners, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence for effective case escalation and service delivery.
• Support leaders on performance management administration, documentation requirements, and HR processes, including involvement in talent acquisition activities.
• Document case activities and maintain accurate records in HR systems to support compliance, auditability, reporting, and knowledge management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, analyze recurring issues, and contribute to standardization and simplification across HR Service Delivery.

What You'll Do

• Resolve complex Human Resources cases and provide subject matter expertise on employee lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, time and attendance, benefits, and other Human Resources inquiries.
• Partner with People Partners, Human Resources Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence to ensure effective case escalation, issue resolution, and end-to-end service delivery.

Essential Requirements of the Job

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources operations, shared services, employee relations support, or a Human Resources generalist or specialty discipline.
• Experience independently managing complex Human Resources cases within established policies and procedures.
• Experience utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), case management systems, and related business applications.
• Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

Would Be a Plus If You Also Possess

• Experience supporting multiple sites, business units, or operating companies.
• Experience providing compensation or hiring support during recruitment processes.
• Experience working within a shared services or case management environment.

The annual salary range for this role is $72,500 – $95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
