JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) develops strategic relationships by understanding the business, challenges, opportunities, and needs of the internal customers at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. It enhances and maintains those relationships by coaching and advising employees and managers on HR-related topics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline. Bachelor's degree required.
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM designations highly preferred.
• 7+ years experience in Human Resources, with specific experience in Employee Relations required.
