This role is ideal for an HR professional seeking to provide full-scope HR leadership in a fast-growing organization at our Hanover, MD headquarters and other sites nationwide. We seek an experienced, strategic leader who is proactive and collaborative, partnering with business leaders on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Preferred qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business Administration or HR, PHR/SPHR certification, and over 10 years of HR experience in large organizations.
Additional skills include leadership, coaching, excellent communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with on-site presence as determined by the manager.
