The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) develops strategic relationships by understanding the business, challenges, opportunities, and needs of the internal customers at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. It involves coaching and advising employees and managers on HR-related topics to enhance and maintain those relationships.
