Job Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP)

Schedule: Full-time, Day shift, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Summary

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) develops strategic relationships by understanding the business, challenges, opportunities, and needs of the internal customers at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. It involves coaching and advising employees and managers on HR-related topics to enhance and maintain those relationships.

Requirements

1. Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in multiple disciplines. Bachelor's degree required.
2. PHR/SPHR or SHRM designations highly preferred.
3. 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with specific experience in Employee Relations required.
