Job summary

Thrasher Foundation Repair in Omaha, NE is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, analytics and strategic decision-making. The role is office-based to promote collaboration and culture.

You will drive financial models, support board reporting, and translate data into actionable insights for operational leaders, with a focus on Thrasher growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred, but not required.
• Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (Sage, Salesforce, or similar).
• Ability to translate large datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
• Strong communication skills; you can speak finance to non-financial leaders.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, a felony/misdemeanor background check.

• Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs that drive operational visibility

Are you a detail-oriented financial professional who thrives on turning complex data into clear, actionable insights? In the role of Sr. Financial Analyst, you will serve as a key financial partner across the Thrasher Foundation Repair team, supporting budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and strategic decision-making. While the role is primarily focused on Thrasher, you may also collaborate with Supportworks and other areas of the organization as needed. Your work will directly shape how Thrasher grows, performs, and plans for the future.

Location: This position is based in Omaha, NE, and requires in-office presence as we deeply value the collaboration, innovation, and culture that stem from working together.
