Job summary

Thrasher Group seeks a Sr. Financial Analyst to partner with the Thrasher Foundation Repair team on budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and strategic decision-making. Occasional collaboration with Supportworks and other areas is possible to support overall growth.

The role is based in Omaha, NE with in-office presence required to foster collaboration, culture, and innovation. You will translate data into clear actions and provide insightful financial leadership to the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems (Sage, Salesforce, or similar).
• Ability to translate large datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
• Strong communication skills; you can speak finance to non-financial leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the company's annual budgeting and rolling forecast models.
• Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods.
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs that drive operational visibility.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives, pricing and performance.
• Serve as a strategic partner to operational leaders, translating numbers into action.
• Support senior leadership and board-level financial reporting.

In the role of Sr. Financial Analyst, you will serve as a key financial partner across the Thrasher Foundation Repair team, supporting budgeting, forecasting, business analytics, and strategic decision-making. While the role is primarily focused on Thrasher, you may also collaborate with Supportworks and other areas of the organization as needed. Your work will directly shape how Thrasher grows, performs, and plans for the future.
