As the General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day success of the business by developing people, strengthening installations, driving sales, and creating an exceptional customer experience. Compensation: $100,000 - $130000 (base + bonus, dependent on experience)

Qualifications: What You Offer

• Minimum of 3+ years of leadership and people management experience with a proven ability to develop teams and drive results.
• Experience leading installations, construction, field service, home services, or similar operational teams.
• Strategic operator with strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills who can see the big picture while managing the details that matter.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of the overall health and success of a business.
• Proven ability to make confident decisions, prioritize what matters most, and follow through on commitments.
• Hands-on leader who is comfortable spending significant time in the field working alongside crews and understanding the business firsthand.
• Ability to build trust, create stability, and hold teams accountable through clear communication, coaching, and feedback.
• Strong understanding of sales and customer experience, with the ability to coach sales teams and improve sales performance.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve installations, quality, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
• Experience in home services, construction, concrete, field services, or a related industry is preferred.
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, motor vehicle record and felony/misdemeanor background check.
